This means that you are welcome to sub print this design and place it on t-shirts, bags, mugs etc for small commercial use (500 pieces or less) It does NOT allow you to sell sublimation prints or transfers of this design. If you wish to sell sublimation prints or transfers you will need to purchase a license.
